The 3,221-square-foot home was built in 1990 in the West Chandler neighborhood.

Mr. Doshi has served as a principal engineer at the Phoenix office of Intel, a semiconductor chip maker headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,743 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $197,500.
