Steven C. Mulhern sold a four-bath home at 20998 W. Edith Way in Buckeye to Michael and Jennifer Cozart for $1.665 million on July 31.

The 2,737-square-foot home in the Verrado subdivision was built in 2006.

Mulhern is a project financial analyst at Bechtel, the largest engineering company in the United States. Prior to working at Bechtel, he served as a home mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and he worked with Honeywell and at Epolicy.com.

He has a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,564 sales in Buckeye in 2008, with a median price of $148,309.
