Rex and Susan Kottkamp bought a six-bath home at 15460 E. Telegraph Dr. in Fountain Hills from Aurora Loan Services, LLC, for $424,500 on Dec. 31.

Aurora Loan Services foreclosed on the property in Aug. 2008. The 2,499-square-foot home was built in 2000.

Mr. Kottkamp has been vice president of sales at InterTech Computer Products, a provider of business computer solutions headquartered in Phoenix. Prior to joining InterTech Computer Products in Nov. 2008, he served as senior vice president at Bell Technology Solutions and was a territory sales vice president with Compucom, an IT outsourcing company.

Earlier, he was a regional sales vice president at Sarcom, an IT consulting firm.

He attended Purdue University.

There were 455 sales in Fountain Hills in 2008, with a median price of $350,000.
