Mark and Elaina West sold their four-bath home at 715 E. Forest Hills Dr. in North Mountain to Belinda J. Hurt and Vassie W. Hurt for $420,000 on Feb. 10.

The 2,950-square-foot house was built in 1989.

Mr. West spent 17 years in the NBA with the Dallas Mavericks, Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers and Atlanta Hawks. He was drafted in the second round of the 1983 NBA Draft by the Mavericks.

He played in 1,090 career games, averaging 5.7 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.

There were 2,228 home sales in North Mountain in 2008, with a median sales price of $135,000.
