Erica and Chris Reali bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 1798 E. Coconino Drive in Chandler from David and Sonya Lee for $400,000 on Sept. 20.

The 4,770-square-foot home in Southeast Chandler was built in 2004. It is located in the North Barrington subdivision.

Ms. Reali practices physical therapy at Foothills Sports Medicine in Ahwatukee. She previously served as a clinical director at an orthopedic clinic.

She received her degree in physical therapy from Hunter College-New York City. She also attended University of Massachusetts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,534 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $196,000.
