Prior to joining Deere, she was Sr. vice president for corporate communications at MassMutual Financial Group. She has also served as vice president for corporate communications at Honeywell, Inc.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, a graduate degree from Kansas State, and completed the advanced program for directors at Harvard School of Business.

Ms. Porche is a realtor at Prudential Arizona Properties. She is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and holds an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Graduate Realtors Institute designation.
