Haley is the director of IT service management at Honeywell, a major company that produces a variety of consumer products, engineering services, and aerospace systems. Previously, he was the company's global process leader of transformation team.

He received his B.A. in political science from Seattle Pacific University and an M.P.A. in public administration from Seattle University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,560 home sales in Gilbert during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $184,000.
