Emily D. Kapity sold a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 32 S. Quarty Circle in Chandler to Leilei Chen for $400,000 on Feb. 26.

The 2,706-square-foot home was built in 1998 in the Central Chandler neighborhood. It is located in the San Marcos Country Club Estates II subdivision.

Kapity is a zone director at Ross Stores. Prior to joining Ross, she worked as a district manager, director of store operations and regional vice president at Mervyns and she was an area manager at Jack's Discount.

She attended Monmouth College and Colorado State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,798 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $196,411.
