David and Holly Stocke bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 15409 N. 59th St. in Paradise Valley for $372,000 from Rodney and Sheila Wilmoth on Jan. 14.

The 2,810-square-foot house was built in 1987.

Mr. Stocke is a professional golfer and the membership and marketing director with Arizona Country Club. He previously worked as a membership sales manager at the Club in PGA West and he was a general partner at Andersen Stocke Real Estate Development.

He completed a bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Portland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,843 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,000.
