Former NHLer Phil Housley lists Scottsdale 5BD for $2.195M

Medium 4db8904e03d61ffdd4e83f787d7db9f6 Phillip F. Housley and his wife, Karin, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 10411 E. Balancing Rock Road in Scottsdale for $2.195 million.

The 7,316-square-foot house in the North Scottsdale neighborhood was built in 1997. Kimberly Townsend of Ventana Fine Properties is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Housley played for 21 NHL seasons with the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, St. Louis Blues, Calgary Flames, New Jersey Devils, Washington Capitals, Chicago Blackhawks and Toronto Maple Leafs. His 1,232 career points are the second most in NHL history for an American-born player.

He also hold the record for most NHL games played by an NHL born player with 1,495.

Mrs. Housley is a realtor with Keller Williams Premier Realty in St. Croix River Valley and the president of Karin Housley Enterprises. She has been a producer in the television news department for network affiliates in New York.
