AT&T consultant lands Scottsdale 3BD

Mehul and Rekha Lad bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9142 E. Topeka Dr. in Scottsdale from Rich Development LLC for $420,000 on Sept. 28.
The 2659-square-foot house in the North Scottsdale neighborhood was built in 1993.
Mr. Lad has been a senior consultant at AT&T. Before that, he worked with Accenture and with SAP CRM Software.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,794 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $316,500.
