Michael Coubrough and his wife, Anne Marie, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9868 E. Topaz Dr. in Scottsdale from Kamja Holdings I LLC for $429,000 on Sept. 25.

The 2,495-square-foot house in the Shea Corridor neighborhood was built in 1984.

Mr. Coubrough is a leader in global supply chain strategy and transitions at Honeywell International. He has been a sourcing director of electronics and mechanics with the company. Before that, he served as director of global supply chain operations and global procurement as well as director of American sales operations at Planar Systems and he was a major in the U.S. Air Force.

He earned his M.S. in aerospace management in 1997 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his B.S. in business administration and management information systems in 1989 at the University of Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,794 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $316,500.
