Orthopedic surgeon gets Paradise Valley 4BD

Dr. Naftaly Attias and Sigalit S. Attias bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6202 E. Shangri La Road in Paradise Valley from DLLR Properties LLC for $825,000 on Sept. 25.
DLLR Properties paid $645,100 for the property in Sept. 2009. The 3,960-square-foot house in the Orangetree Manor neighborhood was built in 2006.
Dr. Attias is an orthopedic surgeon at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. He specializes in spine surgery and orthopedic trauma.
He earned his M.D. in 1991 from the Ben Gurion University in Israel. He completed his residency in orthopedics and his fellowship in spine and in orthopedic trauma surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,714 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $182,000.
