Andrew and Lauri Gritti bought a four-bath home at 9790 E. Double Tree Ranch Road in Scottsdale from Kip and Victoria Giro for $650,000 on Aug. 12.

The 3,773-square-foot house in the Shea Corridor neighborhood was built in 1984.

Mr. Gritti serves as a managing partner and acting executive vice president of corporate development at Integritti Consulting LLC, a firm that assists companies in the implementation of sales development, operational organization and in the areas of strategic focus. He previously served a vice president and chief executive officer at Prism Marketing Group and as a corporate sales manager and advertising specialist at Osco Drug Inc.

He holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Eastern Illinois University.

Ms. Gritti serves as the chief financial officer at Cable Shopping Network.

She graduated from Eastern Illinois University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,592 home sales in Scottsdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
