Energy company exec selling Scottsdale 5BD

Mark and Lisa Cox have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 7647 E. Mary Sharon Dr. in Scottsdale for $799,000.
The 3,931-square-foot home in the Lone Mountain Vista subdivision was built in 1990. Julee Landau and Rhonda Jabobs of RE/MAX Fine Properties are the agents for the listing.
Mr. Cox is executive vice president and chief financial officer at Delek US Holdings Inc., a diversified energy company based in Brentwood, Tenn. He has served as senior vice president, treasurer and director of investor relations at Western Refining, worked in a variety of roles at Giant Industries and he was director of finance at Vista Chemical Co.
He earned a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,415 sales in Scottsdale in 2008, with a median price of $325,500.
