Real estate developer selling Carefree 3BD

Kenneth Parker has listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 36622 N. Tom Darlington Dr. in Carefree for $998,000.
The 2,974-square-foot home was built in 1995 in the West of Cave Creek Road neighborhood. Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty is the agent for the listing.
Parker is the owner of Parker Properties/Parker Development and the founder of 4/40 for Freedom. He is a member of the First Families of Arizona.
He received a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a master's degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
