Retired pitcher Terry Mulholland lists 3BD for $2.25M

Medium d187ee9ea3b5b4090fcddbaed9974864 Terence J. Mulholland has listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4011 E. Claremont Ave. in Paradise Valley for $2.25 million.

The 5,785-square-foot house in the West Paradise Valley neighborhood was built in 1984. Steve Dubinka of Realty Executives is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Mullholland is a retired pitcher who spent 20 seasons in the MLB with eleven teams, most notably the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Francisco Giants. He was an All-Star in 1993 with the Phillies, finishing the season 12-9 with a 3.25 ERA.

He appeared in 685 career games, starting 332, going 124-142 with a 4.41 ERA. He also threw the first no-hitter in Veterans Stadium history in Aug. 1990 as a member of the Phillies against the Giants.

He attended Marietta College in Ohio.
